About the Opportunity
Currently, R&W Blacktown is looking for a full-time Senior Property Manager to join our team in Blacktown, NSW.
Dive into an engaging role within our portfolio-based system, where you'll collaborate with a savvy property management team. Enjoy a workweek from Monday to Friday, relishing the perk of no weekend commitments. Your can-do attitude and professional expertise will be the driving force behind your success.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish a relationship with, and liaise with, Owners and tenants
- Processing core activities of repairs and maintenance, arrears and periodic inspections
- Conducting final inspections
About You
To qualify, you need a current Certificate of Registration/License and a minimum of 1 to 2 year's experience in a similar role. We are in search of a go-getter who can balance teamwork and autonomy.
You are someone who has:
- A current unrestricted Drivers' licence with a reliable & presentable vehicle
- Sound computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Outlook
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
